  • 毎年、SNS等を通じた非公式なチケット取引において、代金を支払ったにもかかわらずチケットが届かない、

  • 全券種、整理番号はありません。All ticket types are unnumbered (no reference/serial numbers).
  • 未就学児はご入場いただけません。Preschool children are not permitted to enter.
  • 保護者1名につき、小学生1名まで入場無料です。2人目以降は、追加人数分のチケットが必要です。Admission is free for up to one elementary school student per accompanying adult. A separate ticket is required for each additional elementary school student.
  • 小学生のお客様には、同伴者用リストバンドの設定を予定しています。A companion wristband is planned to be provided for elementary school students.
  • チケット料金はすべて税込価格です。All ticket prices include tax.
  • 本公演はすべて【立見】でのご案内となります。All tickets for this performance are standing-room only.
  • おひとり様、各公演4枚までお申込みいただけます。同行者の登録が必要です。Each person may apply for up to four tickets per performance. Companion registration is required.
  • グループチケットとジュニアチケットの併用はできません。Group Tickets and Junior Tickets cannot be used together.
  • チケットの発券開始は、公演初日の3日前【12月23日～】を予定しています。Ticket issuance is scheduled to begin three days before the first performance, from December 23.

  • 【電子チケット・紙チケットについて】 About Digital and Paper Tickets
  • 本公演は原則として電子チケットでのご入場となります。
    チケットのお申込み・受取りには、申込者・同行者ともにスマートフォンおよび各プレイガイド所定のアプリ・サービスが必要です。
    スマートフォンをお持ちでないお客様向けに、期間・販売枚数を限定した紙チケット受付を実施予定です。
    紙チケットは、1DAY一般チケットのみ、イープラスにて受付予定です。
    受付スケジュールは、オフィシャルサイトにて後日公開します。
    ※おひとり様1枚限り     As a general rule, admission to this event will be by electronic ticket.
    Both the ticket purchaser and companion must have a smartphone and use the app or service designated by the respective ticketing provider to apply for and receive tickets.
    A limited-time paper ticket application will be available for customers who do not have a smartphone, with a limited number of tickets available.
    Paper tickets will be available exclusively for 1DAY General Tickets through eplus.
    The application schedule will be announced at a later date on the official website.

    チケットは、各プレイガイド所定の方法で登録された申込者ご本人および同行者ご本人のみ有効です。
    登録された申込者・同行者以外の第三者へチケットを譲渡したり、登録後に同行者を変更したりすることはできません。
    電子チケットのダウンロード・分配・端末認証等の方法については、ご購入されたプレイガイドの案内をご確認ください。

  • ＜チケットのキャンセル・変更について＞ Ticket Cancellations and Changes
  • ご購入後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、払戻し、公演日の変更、申込者・同行者の変更はできません。
    申込者または同行者が来場できなくなった場合、公式リセールの対象となるチケットについては、主催者が指定する公式リセールサービスをご利用ください。
    なお、受付期間・券種・購入方法等によっては、公式リセールの対象とならない場合があります。また、出品された場合でもリセールの成立を保証するものではありません。

    対象となるチケットについては、急な病気・けがや公共交通機関の運休・遅延等に備えるチケットキャンセル保険をご利用いただける場合があります。加入条件・補償内容については、ご購入されるプレイガイドの案内をご確認ください。     After purchase, cancellations, refunds, changes to the performance date, or changes to the registered purchaser or companion(s) cannot be made for personal reasons.

  • 本公演のチケットは、チケット不正転売禁止法に定める「特定興行入場券」です。
    主催者が指定する正規販売プレイガイドおよび公式リセール以外でのチケットの販売・転売・譲渡・購入は禁止しています。
    SNS、インターネットオークション、フリマサイト、非公式のチケット転売サイト等を利用した個人間取引は行わないでください。
    非正規ルートで購入・取得されたチケットについては、ご入場いただけない場合があります。また、これらの取引により発生した詐欺・金銭トラブル等について、主催者および正規販売プレイガイドでは補償いたしません。

  • 各ステージでは、混雑状況により入場規制を行う場合があります。
    公演当日は、申込者・同行者ともに、チケットに登録されたご本人のみご入場いただけます。
    入場時に、チケットに登録された氏名と本人確認書類による本人確認を行う場合があります。
    登録されたご本人であることが確認できない場合は、ご入場いただけません。
    グループチケットは、所定の同行者登録・チケット分配等を完了している場合、それぞれ別々にご入場いただけます。
    ジュニアチケットは専用窓口からのご入場となります。
    ジュニアチケットをご利用のお客様は、チケットに登録された氏名と学生証等により、公演開催日時点で19歳以下であることを確認させていただく場合があります。
