会場内には救護所を設置し、医師・看護師が常駐いたします。

なお、お客様ご自身の体調不良等を理由としたチケットの払い戻しはできません。対象となるチケットについては、チケットキャンセル保険への加入もご検討ください。 FM802 RADIO CRAZY is a music festival that spans a long duration.
Please check your health condition before attending; if you have a fever or are feeling significantly unwell, please refrain from coming to the venue.

他のお客様に怪我をさせるような行為は一切禁止です。
モッシュ、ダイブ等の行為についても、周囲への配慮を欠き、他のお客様に危険を及ぼすような行為は禁止します。

すべてのお客様が安心してライブを楽しめるよう、周囲へのご配慮をお願いいたします。

台風、地震その他の災害、公共交通機関の大規模な運休等により、安全な開催が困難と主催者が判断した場合、公演を中止・中断する場合があります。
公演開始後にやむを得ず中止・中断となった場合の払い戻しの有無については、状況に応じて主催者よりご案内いたします。

ゴミは必ず分別してゴミ箱へお捨てください。また、個々にゴミを減らすよう心掛けてください。自分で出したゴミは各自管理をお願いいたします。

会場内・外において、係員の指示に従わない方、他のお客様に迷惑がかかる行為を行う方は強制的に退場していただくか、入場をお断りする場合があります。
その場合、チケットの払い戻しは一切行いません。 Actions such as moshing and stage diving that lack consideration for others or pose a danger to other attendees are prohibited.
Individuals responsible for accidents, injuries, or other issues resulting from dangerous behavior—such as moshing or stage diving—may be held liable for the consequences.
Staff members will intervene to stop any behavior deemed dangerous in the interest of safety. Failure to follow staff instructions or repeated instances of egregious behavior may result in forced removal from the venue.
If you are removed from the venue, your entry wristband will be cut off and confiscated, and re-entry will not be permitted. No refunds for ticket costs will be issued in such cases.
In the event of injury, accidents, or disputes caused by prohibited behavior, we will take necessary safety measures—including contacting the police or fire department if required—but, as a general rule, the parties involved must resolve any resulting damages or disputes between themselves.
We ask for your consideration toward others so that everyone can enjoy the live performance with peace of mind.

The performance may be cancelled or suspended if the organizers determine that holding the event safely is difficult due to typhoons, earthquakes, or other disasters, or due to large-scale public transportation disruptions.
In the event of a cancellation or suspension after the performance has begun, the organizers will provide information regarding refunds based on the specific circumstances.

Please be sure to sort your trash and dispose of it in the designated bins. We also ask that you make an effort to minimize waste and take responsibility for managing any trash you generate.

Individuals who fail to follow the instructions of staff members or who engage in behavior that disturbs other attendees may be forcibly removed from the venue or denied entry.
In such cases, no ticket refunds will be issued.

・Illegal street parking or littering on surrounding roads, as well as crossing the street outside of designated crosswalks. Additionally, actions that could injure other attendees or pose a danger—such as moshing or crowd surfing—are prohibited.

Should any accidents or injuries involving third parties occur due to the aforementioned actions, the parties involved must resolve the matter between themselves; the organizers and performers will bear no responsibility.

本公演のチケットは、チケット不正転売禁止法に定める「特定興行入場券」です。
チケットは、主催者が指定する正規販売プレイガイドおよび公式リセールを通じて取得されたもののみ有効です。

チケットは、各プレイガイド所定の方法で登録された申込者ご本人および同行者ご本人のみご利用いただけます。登録されたご本人以外への譲渡・分配や、登録後の同行者変更はできません。
申込者または同行者が来場できなくなった場合は、公式リセールの対象となるチケットについて、主催者が指定する公式リセールサービスをご利用ください。

本公演のチケットについて、興行主の事前の同意を得ず、業として販売価格を超える価格で転売する行為は、チケット不正転売禁止法により禁止されています。さらに、不正転売を目的として特定興行入場券を購入・取得する行為についても、同法により禁止されています。

禁止行為が確認された場合は、主催者の判断により該当するチケットを無効とし、ご入場をお断りする場合があります。すでにご入場されている場合は、退場いただく場合があります。退場となった場合は、入場リストバンドを切断・回収し、以降の再入場はできません。その場合も、チケット代金の払い戻しはいたしません。

Tickets for this performance are classified as "Specified Event Admission Tickets" under the Act on the Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets.
Tickets are valid only if obtained through authorized ticket agencies or the official resale service designated by the organizer.

Tickets may only be used by the registered purchaser and their registered accompanying guest(s), in accordance with the procedures established by each ticket agency. Tickets cannot be transferred or distributed to anyone other than the registered individuals, nor can the accompanying guest(s) be changed after registration.
If the purchaser or an accompanying guest is unable to attend, please use the official resale service designated by the organizer for tickets eligible for official resale.

Please note that certain tickets—depending on the sales channel, sales period, or ticket type—may not be eligible for official resale. Furthermore, listing a ticket on the official resale service does not guarantee that a resale transaction will be completed. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

The sale, resale, or transfer of tickets—as well as the purchase or acquisition of tickets—via social media, internet auctions, flea market sites, unofficial ticket resale sites, or similar channels is prohibited under the regulations for this performance.

Furthermore, acts such as purchasing, listing, or brokering tickets for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.

Reselling tickets for this performance at a price exceeding the original sale price as a business activity without the prior consent of the event organizer is prohibited by the Act on the Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Specified Tickets. The purchase or acquisition of "specified event admission tickets" for the purpose of unauthorized resale is also prohibited under the same law.

If any prohibited activity is confirmed, the organizer reserves the right to invalidate the ticket in question and deny entry. If entry has already been granted, the holder may be required to leave the venue. In such cases, the admission wristband will be cut and confiscated, and re-entry will not be permitted. No refunds for the ticket price will be issued in these instances.

Furthermore, in cases where malicious resale, unauthorized acquisition, fraud, or other illegal activities are suspected, we will coordinate with ticket agencies and take necessary measures, including consulting with the police and providing them with relevant information.

Upon entry, we may verify your identity by comparing the name registered on the ticket with an official identification document. If we cannot confirm that you are the person registered, you will not be permitted to enter.

The organizers and authorized ticket agencies will not provide compensation for financial disputes, fraud, non-delivery, or ticket invalidation resulting from transactions made through unofficial channels. Additionally, no refunds or compensation will be provided for ticket prices or associated fees if a ticket is invalidated due to prohibited conduct.

Please ensure that you purchase or resell tickets only through the official methods designated by the organizers.

We are introducing a new "Friendly Area" designed to offer a more comfortable and secure concert-viewing experience for guests aged 18 and under and their companions, featuring a lower capacity than standard viewing blocks.

These areas are scheduled to be set up at three locations: Z-STAGE, R-STAGE, and L-STAGE.

Holders of KING CRAZY tickets are also eligible to use the "Friendly Area."
To ensure that everyone in the Friendly Area can enjoy the performance with peace of mind—regardless of age or ticket type—we ask that you refrain from vigorous movements or actions involving physical contact with other guests.
Staff members will approach and caution anyone observed engaging in such behavior. Please note that failure to follow staff instructions may result in being asked to leave the area.
To ensure safe operations and manage capacity effectively, starting this year, we require all guests wishing to use the Friendly Area—including KING CRAZY ticket holders—to apply via the advance lottery system.

Customers holding "KING CRAZY" tickets will be given priority during the lottery; however, please note that you may still be unsuccessful depending on the volume of applications.

プロ仕様のカメラ、ビデオカメラその他の録画・録音を主目的とする機器は会場内へお持ち込みいただけません。
禁止されている撮影・録画・録音を確認した場合は、スタッフより行為の中止をお願いするとともに、撮影・録画・録音された画像・動画・音声データの削除をお願いする場合があります。
スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合、禁止行為を繰り返した場合、または悪質な撮影・録画・録音行為が確認された場合は、ご退場いただく場合があります。退場となった場合は入場リストバンドを切断・回収し、再入場はできません。また、チケット代金の払い戻しはいたしません。 Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited in the live performance area where artists may appear on camera.
This policy applies equally to the use of mobile phones and smartphones.
The use of selfie sticks, tripods, and similar equipment is also prohibited, as they obstruct the view of other attendees and pose safety risks.
Professional-grade cameras, video cameras, and other devices primarily intended for recording images or audio are not permitted inside the venue.
If prohibited photography or recording is detected, staff may ask you to stop the activity and delete any captured images, videos, or audio data.
Failure to follow staff instructions, repeated violations, or instances of malicious recording activity may result in your removal from the venue. If you are removed, your entry wristband will be cut off and confiscated, and re-entry will not be permitted. Please note that ticket refunds will not be issued.

カン・ビン類の持ち込みはできません。入場口で廃棄させていただきます。ペットボトルは持ち込み可能ですが、観覧エリア内およびステージへの投げ入れなどは厳禁です。 We strictly prohibit the following items, which are deemed hazardous or a nuisance to other guests for security reasons:
Professional-grade cameras or video recording equipment; laser pointers; flags with poles; selfie sticks; bladed items (scissors, utility knives, etc.); objects that could serve as weapons (tools, ice picks, baseball bats, etc.); explosives (party poppers, fireworks, etc.); glass bottles and metal cans; coolers; chairs (including folding chairs); ground sheets or mats; animals/pets (excluding service animals); drones; dangerous drugs; and any other items prohibited by law.
*Bringing umbrellas into the live performance area is strictly prohibited due to the significant safety risk.

Bringing metal cans or glass bottles is not permitted; any such items will be confiscated and disposed of at the entrance. While plastic bottles are allowed, throwing them into the viewing area or onto the stage is strictly prohibited.

インドアフェスティバルである会場内は限られたスペースとなりますので、レジャーシートおよび椅子類の持ち込みおよび使用はお断りいたします。またクーラーボックスやキャンプ用品などの持ち込みも出来ません。 As space within the indoor festival venue is limited, the bringing in and use of picnic sheets and chairs are prohibited. Bringing in items such as coolers and camping gear is also not permitted.

ペット類の同伴入場は不可となります。
但し、盲導犬等の補助犬についてはご入場可能です。
補助犬同伴でご来場の場合、事前にご連絡をいただけますとスムーズにご案内出来ます。

救護所は設置されています。また医師・看護師も常駐いたします。
あくまで応急処置としての設備、体制となりますので、緊急の場合は近隣の病院への救急搬送対応となります。妊婦の方のご入場も可能ですが、専門の医師の常駐はありません。
また、持病をお持ちの方についても、会場での急激な症状に対しての処置は出来かねます。
必ずご家族および主治医とご相談の上、ご来場の判断いただくようお願いいたします。 A first-aid station has been set up, staffed by on-site doctors and nurses.
As these facilities and personnel are equipped only for first aid, emergency transport to a nearby hospital will be arranged in the event of a medical emergency. Pregnant women are permitted to enter, though no specialist obstetricians are on-site.
Similarly, for those with pre-existing medical conditions, we are unable to provide treatment for sudden flare-ups or acute symptoms at the venue.
We ask that you consult with your family and primary care physician before deciding to attend.
