全券種整理番号なしAll ticket types are unnumbered (no reference/serial numbers).
未就学児入場不可Children of preschool age and younger are not permitted entry.
保護者1名につき、小学生1名のみ入場無料（2人目以降は、追加人数分のチケットが必要になります）Only one elementary school student can enter for free per guardian. (For the second child and onwards, a ticket for the additional person(s) is required.)
複数日ご来場予定のお客様へ「グルサポ割」は1DAYチケット限定の割引となります。複数日ご参加の場合は、2DAYS／3DAYS／4DAYSチケットの方が1日あたりお得にご購入いただけます。ぜひご予定にあわせて、通し券をご利用ください。 The "Group Support Discount" is only valid for 1-Day tickets. If you plan on attending for multiple days, it's more economical to purchase the 2-Day, 3-Day, or 4-Day tickets. Please consider using a multi-day pass to match your schedule.
小学生用の同伴リストバンドの設定を予定しています。We plan to issue a wristband for accompanying elementary school students.
チケットの値段は全て税込価格です。All ticket prices include tax.
今回ご用意するチケットは、【立見】でのご案内となります。The tickets we offer this time are for standing-only areas.
グループチケットとジュニアチケットの併用は不可ですので、ご注意ください。Please note that combining a Group Ticket and a Junior Ticket is not possible.
電子チケットのみ（紙チケット販売期間あり）Electronic tickets only (Paper tickets will be sold during a specific period).
紙チケットは、1DAY の一般チケットのみイープラスで受付いたします。（おひとり様1枚限り）Paper tickets for the 1-DAY General Ticket will be available only on e-plus. (Limited to one ticket per person.)
おひとり様2枚まで購入可能です。（同行者登録あり）Up to two tickets can be purchased per person. (Accompanied person registration is required.)
チケット発券開始は、公演日初日3日前を予定しております。（12月23日～）Ticket issuance is scheduled to start three days before the first day of the performance. (Starting from December 23th).
出演アーティストは都合によりキャンセル・変更となる場合があります。その際のチケット代金の払戻は行いません。予めご了承ください。The performing artists may be canceled or changed due to circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be made for the ticket price. Thank you for your understanding.
アーティストの出演日、及び出演ステージが変更になる場合がございます。The performance dates and stages for artists may be subject to change.

＜ご購入方法について＞How to Purchase

チケットの申込み・受取はスマートフォンのみとなります。申込者/同行者ともスマートフォン端末・各プレイガイドの専用アプリのダウンロードが必要です。Ticket application and receipt are only possible via smartphone. Both the applicant and the accompanying person must have a smartphone and download the specific app for each ticket agency.
申込みには申込者/同行者ともプレイガイドへの会員登録が必要です。※e+新規会員登録には携帯電話番号の登録ならびに、電話番号認証が必要となります。Both the applicant and the accompanying person must be registered members of the ticket agency to apply. (e+ new member registration requires a mobile phone number and phone number verification.)

チケットは、申込者/同行者とも申込時のプレイガイドへの会員登録の携帯番号でのみダウンロード可能です。Tickets can only be downloaded using the mobile phone number registered with the ticket agency at the time of application, for both the applicant and the accompanying person.
ご本人以外はいかなる理由においても入場できませんので、必ず申込者/同行者とも、公演当日ご来場される方のプレイガイドへの会員登録でお申込みください。No one other than the registered person will be permitted entry for any reason, so both the applicant and the accompanying person must apply using the membership of the person who will actually attend the performance on the day.
申込後の携帯番号の変更はできません。The mobile phone number cannot be changed after the application has been submitted.

＜入場時について＞On Admission

各ステージの入場規制を行うことがあります。There may be entry restrictions at each stage.
グループチケットは別々での入場可能です。（チケット事前分配・SMS認証あり）Group Tickets can be used for separate entry. (Pre-distribution of tickets and SMS authentication are required.)
ジュニアチケットは専用別窓口から入場になりますので、ご注意ください。Please note that Junior Tickets will enter through a separate designated counter.
ジュニアチケットはチケットの印字名と年齢（公演開催時に19歳以下であること）を確認させていただく場合がございますので、ご本人様の氏名と年齢確認できるもの（学生証など）をご持参ください。For Junior Tickets, we may verify the name printed on the ticket and the age (19 years or younger at the time of the performance), so please bring a form of identification that can confirm your name and age (such as a student ID).
公演当日チケットに表記された氏名のご本人様確認を行う場合がございますので、申込者/同行者とも公的身分証明書をお持ちください。We may conduct identity verification of the person whose name is on the ticket on the day of the performance, so both the applicant and the accompanying person should bring a public form of ID.
公演当日は申込者/同行者ともご本人のみ入場可能となりますので、同一公演日に重複での申込みは行わないようご注意ください。Since only the applicant and the accompanying person themselves can enter on the day of the performance, please be careful not to make duplicate applications for the same performance date.
