There will be a first aid station inside the venue with doctors and nurses on standby at all times.

また、公演途中にこのような行為が発覚した場合におきましても、途中退場して頂く場合もございます。
その場合、入場券の払い戻し等は一切出来かねます。

※ ご来場中に体調が悪化したり、気分が優れなくなった場合は、速やかにお近くのスタッフまでお申し出ください。
※ 感染時に重篤化する可能性の高い高齢者や持病、基礎疾患をお持ちの方は、慎重にご検討いただいた上で、チケットのお申込みおよび、ご来場の判断をします。
チケット購入後の払い戻しは出来かねますので、ご注意下さい。

●Those who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have had close contact with someone who has tested positive. Also, those who live with or have close contact with someone suspected of being infected.

●Those who have traveled to or had close contact with residents of countries or regions under government-imposed entry restrictions or post-entry observation periods within the past two weeks.

●Those who do not follow the guidelines or instructions implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19, or who do not cooperate with safety measures. Anyone deemed to pose a risk to the safety of attendees and staff may be denied entry.
If any of these behaviors are discovered during the event, the person may be asked to leave.
In such cases, no refunds for tickets will be provided.

*If you begin to feel unwell or your condition worsens during the event, please notify a nearby staff member immediately.

*Those at higher risk of severe illness from infection, such as elderly individuals or those with pre-existing conditions, are asked to carefully consider their decision to purchase tickets or attend the event.
Please note that no refunds will be issued after ticket purchase.

*Personal information provided at registration will be strictly managed by the event organizers for a certain period and will only be used for contact tracing if an infection is confirmed, or provided to public health authorities if necessary. It will not be used for any other purpose.

・会場内・外において、係員の指示に従わない方、他のお客様に迷惑がかかる行為を行う方は強制的に退場して頂くか、入場をお断りする場合があります。

・The event will be canceled in the case of severe weather, such as a typhoon. If the event is canceled after it has started, no refunds will be issued.

・Please make sure to separate and dispose of your trash in the designated bins. Be mindful of reducing waste as much as possible. You are responsible for managing your own garbage.

・Anyone who does not follow staff instructions or engages in behavior that disturbs other guests, either inside or outside the venue, may be denied entry or forcibly removed.
In such cases, no ticket refunds will be provided.

・Parking illegally on surrounding roads, littering, or crossing streets outside of designated crosswalks.
Dangerous or disruptive actions such as moshing or stage diving that may cause harm or inconvenience to others.

If any of the above actions result in accidents or injuries involving third parties, the individuals involved must resolve the matter among themselves. The organizers and performers will not be held responsible under any circumstances.

最終アーティストの終了時に、駅の混雑・密集緩和の為、規制退場を実施いたします。 At the end of the final artist’s performance, controlled exit procedures will be implemented to reduce congestion and crowding at the station.

チケット主催者の定める正規販売プレイガイドでご購入および分配され、且つご本人のみが有効です。
金額に関わらず、第三者に販売することは出来ません。
また、正規販売以外での購入されたチケットにおいては、いかなる場合においても無効となります。
インターネットオークション等で出品する等の転売を試みる行為、転売を前提にチケットを購入する行為は固く禁止しております。
前述の行為が発覚した場合、興行主催者自らの判断で購入済のチケットを無効とした上で、チケット代金の返金並びに入場を認めないことがあります。
チケット転売者及び転売品を特定し、プレイガイドでの発券停止処置をすることもあります。既に発券しているものに関しては、当日入場をお断りする、また、既に入場している場合には強制的に退場を命じられる場合もあります。

Reselling tickets to third parties, regardless of the price, is strictly prohibited.
Tickets purchased through unofficial channels, including online auctions or social media, are invalid under any circumstances.

Attempting to resell tickets on internet auctions or similar platforms, or purchasing tickets with the intention to resell, is strictly forbidden.
If such actions are discovered, the event organizer may invalidate the purchased tickets at their discretion, deny refunds, and refuse entry to the event.

The organizer may also identify ticket resellers and halt ticket issuance through official sales outlets.
For tickets already issued, entry may be denied on the day of the event, or if the ticket holder has already entered, they may be forcibly removed from the venue.

In such cases, no ticket refunds will be issued.

・Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings in live areas where artists are visible is strictly prohibited.

・Recording or photography using mobile phones or smartphones is also not allowed.

・The use of selfie sticks and tripods is prohibited as it may disturb other attendees.
