バーベキューには欠かせないマシュマロ焼き、レディクレ会場ではいつもとちょっと違った体験ができます。
未来のエネルギー、水素を直接燃焼させてグリルするという、新たな食体験。何と調理時のCO2排出はゼロ。美味しく環境にも優しいのです。余分な匂いもなく、素材の味・香りをそのままに楽しめます。
